Work Order Checklist Item Card

Here we will talk about the Work Order Checklist Item card: what it contains and how to configure it.

1. Checklist Item Name — assign a name to a checklist item. The limit is 512 symbols.

2. Order — enter the number in the checklist item. Items will appear in the specified order on the mobile application and on the Closeout Review interface.

3. Checklist — the related checklist template.

4. Naming Convention — the naming format of the checklist item result.

Use underscore instead of space. 

Here you can enter not only custom text, but also calculated parameters:

• siteid — Site ID
• sitename —  Site Name
• faid — FA ID from Site
• datestamp —  MM/dd/yy H:mm:ss
• date — MM/dd/yy
• time —  H:mm:ss
• index — the number of result
• version —  the number of result version
• classifier — photo checklist classifier.

5. Expect QR Code/Barcode — specifies that a result should contain a QR code or barcode. It is used for the Asset checklists.

Video Only — indicates that only video result is allowed for the checklist item. Currently, the FCX mobile app does not support video results.

6. Watermark Settings

• Add Timestamp to Picture — adds date and time to a checklist item photo.
• Add GPS to Picture — also adds GPS coordinates to a photo.
• Add Site — Site Record Name mark made on a checklist item photo.
• Add Site Address — adds Site Address to a photo.

7. Description — checklist item description. It can contain more details and additional instructions.

8. Checklist Item Sample Menu — allows you to upload, preview, open in full size, and delete a sample for a checklist item.
