Access to TK Excel Reports

Build Plan Managers and Time Keeping Managers user groups are granted to Time Keeping Excel reports.

List of TK Reports

Open TK reports via Quick Launch.

1. ADP Payroll Report.

This report exports data from a selected payroll period in the format required for the ADP system.

2. Authorized to Allocate

It shows the list of active Build Plan reference records that available for Employee's allocation. It is a convenient way to see what Build Plans are exactly accessible for allocation to the specific Employee. Whether that Employee is also a Build Plan Owner, or a member of a Build Plan Role.

3. Employee Time Card Report

The report displays general information of Employees Time Cards: payroll allocation, where hours are summed over allocated WOs and cost types.  Run the report → set date range of Time Cards → select Employees → select the file format (PDF or XLSX).

As a general guide, Employees receive this report on their email weekly.

4. General Hours Report

Use this report to build the Excel report with information of Time Card hours, clocked-in time period, Time Card review state and so on.

5. General Payroll Report 

This is payroll period detailed report. It contains the summary of several data:

• all general payroll information 
• hours by Date, by WO Type, Reason
• when Employees stopped in the Remote Hotel
• summary hours by Wage Type

6. Payroll Export based on Wage Cost — data are built based on a selected payroll period. Hours are added up wage type.

7. Payroll WO Category Cost

The report displays labor costs records for a selected date range.

8. QuickBooks Payroll Report

Use this report to match payroll period data between FCX and Quickbooks.

9. Time Keeping Audits (Summary)

It can be used to see Time Card Audit results for a selected date range and Employees. The report opens as web page.
