A TKA can Delete TCs in open Periods.
Note than when you attempt to delete a TC, the system will stop you because it's still connected to the Request. So you need to delete the Request first. Delete the Request(s), then delete the TC.
To do this:
- 1. Delete Requests connected to the TC:
- On the TC in question, on the ribbon "More" tab, in the "Navigation" group, click to open the "Bound Records" drop-down, then find and click "Time Keeping Requests"
- In the window that opens, select the Request(s). Then, on the ribbon "Home" tab, in the "Record" group, click "Delete" to delete the records.
- Close to return to the TC
- 2. On the TC ribbon "More" tab, in the "Record" group, click "Delete" to delete the TC.
