All CLPM Roles presented below can be assigned to a FCX Desktop User, a Web User, and a Mobile User. The User level determines where you can work with the Close-Out dashboard. 

For example, Field Crew Members are usually Mobile Users and assigned to the CLPM Submitter Role. They are working with the Close-Out dashboard using the mobile app: upload a result for Work Order checklists.

We don't use the system constant 'CLPM_Use Customer' to configure CLPM Users. This constant is about settings for CLPM Reviewer Role, and it's in charge of only 2 things:

• what kind of Calendar we display in the Close Out Dashboard (CLPM Interface) — Regular or Simplified
• what set of columns are presented on Status Dashboard.

Only Employees with CLPM Roles have access to the Close Out Dashboard.

There are 3 categories of CLPM Roles. Each of these roles provides access to different functionality of the Close Out dashboard.

CLPM Submitter

CLPM Submitter sees Field User Interface (version of Close Out interface for Submitter), where he/she can complete photo/video/document checklist results. 

CLPM Submitter can send Work Order checklist results through a mobile app, upload results in the Close Out dashboard through desktop or browser version of the dashboard.

Available Tabs in the interface: Status Dashboard, Review Interface, Related Documents.

What type of Build Plans and related Work Orders Submitter can see in the interface. 

If the following conditions are met simultaneously, BPs:

• BPs with active WOs (Pending/Dispatch Stage)
• BPs of WOs which have a checklist
• BPs of scheduled WOs (if Submitter is dispatched to) or 
  • where Submitter is a BP's Project Role Member (COP Lead, Crew Lead, CM, etc.)

Submitter can work with photo/video and document checklists in Close Out dashboard.

On the Review Interface Tab, Submitter:

• uploads Result
• uploads a new version of Result
• views Results (In Progress/ Pending Statuses)
• adds comments to Result
• views History
• downloads checklist item sample

On the Related Documents Tab, Submitter can look through published documents related to a Build Plan: projects docs, close-out documents, etc.

CLPM Reviewer

Employees of this category review Work Orders Checklist Results and resolve them by changing status on Submitted, Rejected, Approved. They can view all Build Plans from their company.

Reviewer’s workspace is the Close Out Dashboard.

Available Tabs in the dashboard – all tabs that are itemized in constant 'CLPM_FXUsersTabRestriction' and can be: SimplifiedCalendar, StatusDashboard, ReviewInterface, Resources, Checklists, RelatedDocuments.

The exception to this rule is Calendar:

• Use Customer False mode displays Regular Calendar — calendar with standard sets of functions: GBP, new dispatch, show Time Cards, Show Day on the Map, and so on.
• Use Customer True mode displays Simplified Calendar — limited functionality sufficient for Reviewer-Subcontractors. For instance, create new WOs, add new dispatches, populate dispatches to other days. Commonly, we use this mode in instances with several 'Our Companies'.

We always display a simplified calendar in a web version of the Close Out Dashboard.

What type of Build Plans and related Work Orders Reviewer can see in the interface. 

Reviewer sees all BPs that have active WOs  with checklists. The role supports the restriction by the Organizations reference. No restriction — available all BPs, restriction applied — available BPs only for a certain Customer(s).

Columns from Status Dashboard Tab can be different depending on ‘CLPM_UseCustomer’ value.

On the Review Interface Tab, Reviewer works with photo/video and document checklists:

• manages Checklists. Reviewer can mark a checklist item as NA.
• create a custom Work Order Photo checklist
• uploads Result
• uploads a new version of Result
• deletes Result
• sets Status Rejected/Reviewed/Do Not Submit/Approved
• downloads Samples
• downloads Approved Results

On the Related Documents Tab, Reviewer can view published documents related to BP.

On the Checklists Tab, Reviewer can find out more about expecting checklist results, look at samples of checklist items.

CLPM Customer

CLPM Customer Interface has fixed tab order: ‘StatusDashboard’, ‘ReviewInterface’, ‘RelatedDocuments’.

Customer’s workspace is also еру Close Out Dashboard.

An Employee with “Customer” role sees all Build Plans under specific Customer(s): BPs with active WOs that have checklists. CLPM Customer Role supports the restriction by organization. So you can apply filter by organizations (Customers) and narrow down the list of available BPs in the dashboard.

On the Review Interface Tab, Customer controls and manages Subcontractors Review Results:

• manages Checklists. Reviewer can mark a checklist item as NA.
• views checklist items samples
• sets items Status Rejected (Customer Rejected)/Approved
• downloads Approved Results

On the Related Documents Tab, Customer can view published documents related to BP: projects docs, close-out documents.
