Access the mobile Close Out dashboard

Access to the Сlose Out dashboard in the mobile app is controlled by the appropriate employee roles: CLPM Submitter, CLPM Reviewer, CLPM Customer.

These roles determine the dashboard functionality available to each role. Read more here.

Open the Dashboard if you are Reviewer

To open the mobile version of the Close Out Review Interface, log in the app → find the Close Out item in the app menu → tap it → the interface will open in the mobile web browser.

Open the dashboard if you are Submitter

A Submitter can only open the Review Interface via a specific Work Order checklist result.

To do this → open the Work Orders module in the menu → select a scheduled Work Order in the list → tap Checklists → tap the Open in a Web Browser icon in the upper right corner.

This method also works for the CLPM Reviewer.

To work with the checklist from other Work Order, use the Build Plan and Work Order filters.

Functionality

First, the mobile view of the Close Out Review interface allows you to work with the document checklists.

Therefore, the default filter by the checklist type is applied when you open the interface on the mobile device.

Clear the filter to view Work Order checklists.

The functionality of this simplified dashboard is the same as the original Close Out dashboard. It has the same access rules, the same dataset.

The only significant difference is how the context menu is invoked. To open the context menu for a checklist item, tap the desired item in the list. You will see the actions available for that item. For example, Upload Result, Show Result, My Comments and so on.
