How to Change Your Mobile App Password (in FCX Next)

It is easy to customize your password in the Fieldclix Next Mobile App.

To do this:

• Log-into the mobile app, using either a stored login or by manually entering your current username and password
• In the upper-left corner, click the “person” icon to open account settings

• In the upper-right corner, click the “2 keys” icon to edit your password

• Enter your current password, a new password and confirm the new password, and then click “Change Password” to apply the change

NOTE
If you forget your password, you cannot use this method to reset it. To reset your password, contact your supervisor.
