Fieldclix Web gives you access to dashboard data. The big advantage of Fieldclix Web is that you can work with dashboards in a browser. This makes working with large amounts of data faster and smoother.

Who can work in FCX Web?

In the FCX system we have 3 types of access for a user: Desktop, Web and Mobile.

You need either desktop or web access to work in FCX Web.

Note that the Desktop user can work in both the FCX Desktop and FCX Web: the credentials are similar.

Open FCX Web

1. Open a browser and go to your company FCX Web page. It will redirect you to login page https://[yourcompany].fieldclix.com

Credentials (login, password, and the URL) are usually sent by SMS or email.

Sign In FCX Web

2. Enter your Fieldclix login and password.

Sign In with Native App

If you are a Desktop user as well, you can sign in with a native app.

When you sign in with a native app, it downloads the access token file and log you in to FCX Web.

If you are not running the desktop version when you sign in to the web version, it will launch the desktop version of the Fieldclix system and ask you to enter your login and password.

 If Fieldclix Desktop isn't installed on your PC, sign in with a native app is not possible.

We recommend that you set up your browser to automatically open FCX type files: access tokens, reference records (for example, if you want to open external links from an FCX web, such as a Time Card or a Sales Order, etc.).

Fieldclix Web is intended to work only with dashboards. You should switch to Fieldclix Desktop if you want to browse References, create and edit Reference Records, run reports, and so on.

3. After successful authorization, the system will forward you to the home page of dashboards.

For a better user experience, we recommend using еру FCX Web to work: 

• on any of the dashboards
• with Build Plan Related Documents: close-out documents, Invoices documents, Sales and Purchase Orders documents, etc.
