Why Don't I See a Customer Job in FCX Which Is Already Added in QB?

Obviously, if the Job was only recently added to QB, or not fully set-up in QB, you may not see it in FCX yet.

BUT, if the Job should have synced and has not, one reason might be this:
Customer Jobs must have an assigned "Company Name" in QB to be synced to FCX

The below screenshot shows where this should be entered in QB to solve this problem:
