Cannot Login, Missing Server Info in Login Prompt

FieldCLIX system access is managed through a helper program called "System Manager."

The System Manager lets us save a link for you that connects you to the right system and server. During setup we save a shortcut to this link on your desktop.

You can also open FieldCLIX via your Start menu. Look for FieldCLIX under the platform name "Conterra."

Find FieldCLIX in Start menu > "Orienge Conterra 3.0" > "Conterra 3.0 Explorer"


NOTE

In the Start menu there are links to open Conterra, only one of which is preconfigured with the right system and server. "Launch Conterra" does NOT have the right info. Instead, select "Conterra 3.0 Explorer."

You do not have to always go through the Start menu to launch FieldCLIX. If you are missing the link on your desktop, there is an easy way to restore it.
