Most smartphone cameras, if undamaged and clean, can produce images of very high quality.
FCX App makes the most of this ability and captures images in the best quality capable on your device.
This quality comes with the cost of larger image files. On average the files will save at about 7mb each.
It is possible for use to turn-down the quality a bit and still product good pictures. The deciding factor should be the COP requirements from your clients.
On our “low” setting, images come out to about 3.2mb and still look pretty good.
Reach out to your Implementation Manager if you want to change the image size for your company. Please note this is a global setting that applies across your instance.
