Hi dear Fieldclix Customers,
Today we’re sharing with you the updates we've released last time.
Get comfy and read!
Pay Rate Management for Prevailing Wage Jobs
This feature helps you manage pay rates for prevailing wage work from one centralized place.
Why You’ll Love It
Handles complex prevailing wage requirements with rates, fringes, and training contribution rules.
Maintains all pay rates in a unified schedule.
Includes cutoff dates and Apprenticeship Registration tracking for perfect compliance.
How It Handles Costs
The main principle is Internal Priority—your internal rate rules lead, especially on prevailing wage work.
It uses your costs based on your Internal Pay Rate Schedule and Time Card hours.
Helps to keep the project “burden”: see below for how we apply a burden to the pay rate.
It bypasses external paycheck totals for key items like BHR, fringe, and training, which prevents unexpected swings.
Any positive difference between synced payroll and internal calculations is written off as overhead, keeping your job costs clean.
As before, while a payroll is open, a rolling 6-month average is used so that your live reports are reasonable until the final sync.
Note: These advanced rules only apply if the Pay Rate Management tool is enabled.

Material Card in FCX Web Portal
Track materials easily with a dedicated card view. Add new materials to your library in just a few steps: create a record, fill in details, add a photo, and enter vendor prices. Specify it as a material item with a unique serial number.
Project Pricing is now automated. See the article below.
Monitor Everything:
Access the Material Balance and Transaction Journals tabs to track stock levels and audit financial movements at a glance.
Find It: Material Dashboard in the FCX web portal.
