Certificate Management Made Easy
Dear Fieldclix Customers,
We've rolled out new features to simplify certificate management and keep your team compliant.
New Job Titles Dashboard
This dashboard lists all job titles and their required certificates.
Purpose: Quickly create job titles and assign them to employees (editable only for non-synced records).
Important to know:
Certificate requirements from a job title are automatically applied only to newly created employees (after saving)
Need to update existing employees right now?
→ Use the new Populate button in the dashboard
→ It instantly applies the current job title requirements to all related employees
Upgraded Employee Certificates Dashboard
The Employee Certificates dashboard now includes powerful tools: Certificate Requirements and Certificate Kits.
Certificate Requirements
Finally a clear way to know who is compliant and who isn’t
Instantly see compliance status at a glance→ Missing × Active ✓ Expired ⚠️
View, create, edit, or delete requirements with ease.
Add important milestone dates
→ Training Scheduled
→ Testing Scheduled
Switch to the Status view of the dashboard to monitor the full certificate lifecycle: see how many certificates expire in 30 or 90 days, how many are active or expired, and how many are missing according to current requirements.
Access all certificate requirements directly in the Employee card.
In the Employee card’s Requirements tab, create new requirements or add them from a selected kit.
Certificate Kits
Group related certificates into reusable kits. Apply them in one go to streamline onboarding or updates for employees.
Auto-Close Expired Certificates
Employee Certificates now close automatically when they reach their expiration date, helping you stay compliant without manual checks.
Upcoming Expiration Notifications
Our platform provides configurable alerts to notify you before certificates expire.
Choose: Email notifications or Inbox messages inside the platform.

Work Order Certificates Updates
We have also updated the Work Order Certificates interface and moved it to AG Grid, giving you a faster and more flexible way to manage certificate data. Another exciting improvement is the ability to pull certificate requirements for a Work Order directly from a kit, so you can apply predefined sets of requirements in just a few clicks.
Build Plans & More Updates
Streamline your workflows with these targeted improvements.
Build Plans: Default Sales Tax
A new Default Sales Tax field in the Build Plans web card auto-fills the Tax field on related CIM Invoices—saving time on billing.
VIM PO: Editable Number
Edit the PO Number directly in the VIM PO card. Make quick adjustments to fit your exact needs.
Note: This feature is configurable
→ Can be turned on or off depending on client preference
Hidden Gems from Recent Updates
The Inbox dashboard now runs on AG Grid—unlock convenient search, filtering, sorting, and custom views for all your tasks.
Web Cards Switcher: Navigate web cards (Build Plan, Time Card, Payroll Period, etc.) seamlessly with Previous/Next buttons right in the AG Grid dashboard. Flip through records without losing your place.
