Register Asset with a Mobile App
We've made big improvements to the Warehouse Module this year. Think new ways to enter Material Items, track Shipment Packages, and view everything in your warehouse at a glance—plus much more.
Our latest update focuses on Asset Management. We've streamlined the Asset Registration process to save you time.
What can Warehouse Managers do now in the Mobile App?
Open the Warehouse Module and choose the specific warehouse where asset management is needed.
See a full list of registered assets.
Search by name, number, or serial number (SN). Or use the Scan feature for super-fast results.
Check asset photos and evaluation checklist results.
Update details like asset number or SN—scan to make it effortless.
Add a new asset in simple steps: Tap the + button, choose a category, enter number and SN, then save.
It's quick, intuitive, and keeps everything organized on the go.

Since we launched the Work Activity feature, we've added smart markers (chips) to Time Cards. These help Reviewers and Timekeeping Managers spot issues instantly.
Two key markers to watch for:
Missing Activity Allocation. When work activities are enabled in your system, this marker signals that the payroll table lacks activity allocation. This typically highlights hours worked on-site that still need proper activity tagging.
Has Unknown Activity. This appears when hours are logged to an "unknown" activity. It happens if employees allocate time between activities and pick "unknown" for some parts. Hover over the chip to display comments provided by the employee during the allocation, offering additional context.
New Employee Role: Can access PnL Details
You asked for it! Many requested a way to give specific employees access to P&L Details—the table showing expenses and revenue transactions.
Good news: We've added a new role called "Can access P&L Details".
Now employees with any of these roles can view P&L Details:
Accountants and Bookkeepers
Executives and Directors
Can access P&L Details
For instance, give a Project Manager access to Build Plan financials—without bumping them into high-level roles like Executives or Accountants.
Edit Site Address Directly in Web
Big convenience update: You can now edit Site addresses right in the FCX Web Portal.
How it works:
Open any Site card.
Click the Pencil icon next to the address.
Update address lines, state, county, or coordinates.
Tap the new Map icon to open the location in Google Maps—instant verification!
Quote Only Checkbox in Sales Orders
One more handy update: We've added a Quote Only checkbox to the Sales Order template. Now creating sales quotes is a breeze.
How it works:
The checkbox can be prepopulated automatically from a template for quicker setup.
Check/uncheck it easily in draft, submitted, or approved Sales Orders.
It auto-unchecks when a PO is allocated (Sales Order moves to PO Received stage).
Quote-only Sales Orders are excluded from "Remaining to Invoice" calculations in the Status dashboard.
No more confusion between quotes and real orders!
Other Small Changes
We have fixed the Reset action in the Time Card Adjustments to ensure smoother corrections.
Additionally, new columns have been added for better information visibility:
In the Build Plans dashboard, a Work Order for Unscheduled Visit column is now available.
On the Build Plan card’s VIM tab, you can see the PO Revision Number.
